District 12 Justice of the Peace Jeremy Brown was the guest speaker at the Monday, March 11, meeting of the Garland County Republican Women.

Brown provided a detailed description of the responsibilities of the justices of the peace who comprise the Quorum Court of Garland County, a news release said.
